Boiled Noodles with Sliced Chicken Meat Recipes

Ingredients Prepared:

     375 ml chicken stock
     1 tbsp soy sauce
     100 g egg noodles
     75 g raw chicken meat
     2 leeks
     1/2 cup mushrooms

How to Cook:

Cooking Noodles

In boiling salted water, cook noodles follow package directions, drain well and set aside.

Prepare Chicken Meat

Remove any skin and bones from the chicken and mince the meat.

Slice Vegetables

Slice the leeks and mushrooms.

Mix All

In a saucepan, heat the stock, add all the ingredients and noodles then simmer for 10 minutes.
